There is truly a fest for everything in Germany--Esslingen's Zwiebelfest is all about the onion! 90 degree heat and a bunch of people eating onions...yum. We had to check it out. :) Esslingen is a town we have been to many times. We always enjoy walking around there.
Drew was at school--William was happy to have us all to himself for a change.
We ate the zwiebelkuchen, "onion cake," which is really just a quiche with bacon and onion. Wm is pretty picky, but he LOVES quiche! Go figure.
